Yes. All customers must sign a standard self-storage agreement before moving in. This outlines the terms, your responsibilities, and our facility rules.

Our facility includes security features such as 24/7 CCTV monitoring, gated access and alarms. However, you are responsible for securing your unit with your own lock.

We offer a range of unit sizes, from small to large units suitable for vehicles or full house contents. Our team can help you choose the right size. Link to units

We require a minimum of one month’s storage; you can stay for as long as you need beyond that.

Yes. While we take security seriously, we recommend insuring your goods for added peace of mind.

Troon Self Storage does not offer insurance on any goods stored in our facilities.

Payments can be made via:

Invoices are issued 14 days in advance & display all available payment options.

Yes, subject to availability. If your storage needs change, we’ll help you transfer to a more suitable unit.

Late payments incur fees and can lead to restricted access to your unit. Continued non-payment may result in termination of your agreement and possible disposal of goods in line with the self-storage agreement terms.

You’ll need to provide 14 days’ notice to your facility either by sending an email or speaking with our team. Ensure your unit is emptied, cleaned and return your access card to us to complete your move out.
