Yes. All customers must sign a standard self-storage agreement before moving in. This outlines the terms, your responsibilities, and our facility rules.

Our facility includes security features such as 24/7 CCTV monitoring, gated access and alarms. However, you are responsible for securing your unit with your own lock.

We require a minimum of one month’s storage; you can stay for as long as you need beyond that.

Yes. While we take security seriously, we recommend insuring your goods for added peace of mind.

Yes, subject to availability. If your storage needs change, we’ll help you transfer to a more suitable unit.

Late payments incur fees and can lead to restricted access to your unit. Continued non-payment may result in termination of your agreement and possible disposal of goods in line with the self-storage agreement terms.

You’ll need to provide 14 days’ notice to your facility either by sending an email or speaking with our team. Ensure your unit is emptied, cleaned and return your access card to us to complete your move out.

Yes, we offer receipt and dispatch services for any stock, materials or goods that customers require and can hold them in our office for collection or place them securely in your business storage unit if you prefer.

You are welcome to share a storage unit with friends or family members. However, there can be only one account holder who will be held responsible for billing and accounts and also for anyone accessing the units behaviour whilst on-site.

Your goods should be insured whilst in storage. Check with your current house or business insurer to see whether storage insurance is or could be added to your current coverage.

Yes, we have a range of storage options for vehicles in Dandenong. These are outdoor hardstand parking, in-unit covered parking and truck and trailer parking.

Business storage is very secure. We have a range of security measures and are CCTV-monitored 24/7. We do however still strongly encourage customers to ensure their goods are always covered by insurance whilst in storage.

Your monthly rental fees for personal storage units are inclusive of GST and cover all you are required to pay to store with us.

As a guide, these are the only goods you are unable to store in your personal storage unit:
1. Living things such as animals and plants
2. Hazardous materials such as flammable liquids and explosives
3. Perishable items that could decompose, such as organic foodstuffs and plants
4. Unauthorised or illegal goods such as drugs or firearms
5. As they are purely designed for use as storage, our rooms are not suitable for offices or work premises.
