You are welcome to share a storage unit with friends or family members. However, there can be only one account holder who will be held responsible for billing and accounts and also for anyone accessing the units behaviour whilst on-site.

Our shortest period of rental for storage units is one month. We do however take bookings for storage containers on a per-week basis.

Yes, we offer receipt and dispatch services for any stock, materials or goods that customers require and can hold them in our office for collection or place them securely in your business storage unit if you prefer.

Yes, our Altona North facility has a communal workspace area available for customers to use, making it a convenient base if you’re running a business from your storage unit.

Business storage is very secure. We have a range of security measures and are CCTV-monitored 24/7. We do however still strongly encourage customers to ensure their goods are always covered by insurance whilst in storage.
